CHANA CHAAT (CHICKPEAS RECIPE)
Boiled chickpea= 1 bowl
Potato= 2 chopped and boiled
Tamarind paste= 1/2 bowl
Coriander= 1 teaspoon
Green chili = as required
Green fresh mint= 1 teaspoon
Salt= as required
Chaat masala= 1 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder= 1/2 teaspoon
METHOD TO MAKE CHAAT MASALA:
1-Take a big bowl and a spatula for mixing ingredients together.
2-Take onion, potato, tomato, coriander, green chili, fresh mints, and tamarind put these into a bowl.
3- Then add chickpeas and tamarind again mix all of them.
4-In last add CHAAT masala, salt, red chili powder, and green chili.
5- Now your Chana CHAAT is ready it’s time to serve it.
6-If you want you can garnish it with fresh mints.
If you don’t like CHAAT masala, you can escape this ingredient and instead of CHAAT masala add more red chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
