SALTY FISH WITH RICE
(BALOCHI TRADITIONAL DISH)
Dry fish = 1/2 kg
Garam Masala = 1 teaspoon
Garlic chopped = 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder = 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil = 2 tablespoon
Coriander = 1/2 teaspoon
Grind tomato = 1/2 kg
Green chili = 4 (cut into pieces)
Mix Masala(mix spices powder) = 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion = 1
Water = 2 litre
HOW TO MAKE A SALTY FISH:
1-First boil half kg Fish into 2 liter water,add garam masala and turmeric powder into water
2-When fish boil separate Fish from the water then let them to cool
3-Before preparing Salty fish first wash rice with water and let it soak into water for half an hour in a large bowl
4-Separate the fish from the bones and skin and make small pieces.
5-Now fry half chopped onion and garlic into a fry pan after that add tomato,mix spices,turmeric powder,green chili and salt(As needed).
6-Then add boneless fish and cook for 5 min.
7-Now your SALTY FISH is ready.
HOW TO MAKE A SALTY FISH RICE:
1-Now let the half onion fry into a kettle with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
2-After that add the remaining boiled water of fish into fried onion.
3-Let them boil for 3 min.
4-Now drained rice and add into a boiling water.
5-When the 5% of water remains in a kettle ,let the flame low..
6-After 10 min the SALTY FISH WITH RICE is ready.
7- Serve SALTY FISH WITH RICE and garnish it with coriander or as per your choice with green chili.
